United FC Creativity Camp

United Futbol Club is once again hosting its Summer Creativity Camp directed by UFC Director of Player Development Joshua Stringer.  The camp is designed to focus on the creative aspects of the game.  Topics will include a variety of passing techniques including heel passes, flicking with all surfaces, bending the ball, chipping and disguising passes.  Other topics include dummy runs, 1v1 solutions for handling pressure, combination play and hundreds of opportunities at goal.  The objective of this camp is to expose each player to the creative possibilities within the game and a great way to prepare for United Cup!

Dates:         Aug 5-8 (Monday-Thursday)

Times:      8:30am-11:30am (12 hours)

Ages:        U8-U13                  

Location: Rancho Capistrano Fields. 

Exit the 5 FWY at Avery Parkway.  Take Avery west then turn left on Camino Capistrano.  Take the first right over the railroad tracks into the complex.

United FC Finishing Camp

United FC’s Finishing Camp is designed to supplement training for the serious player seeking to strengthen their power, mobility, finesse, creativity and deception in going to goal.   Each player will receive individual personal instruction to address technical deficiencies.  The environment is perfect for working on finishing with both feet.

Players will develop an understanding of the psychological traits of a goal scorer, work to perfect their ability to properly strike a ball in a variety of ways, and increase their awareness of tactical concepts; including how to create space, time a run and force defenders to make decisions. Finishing is the most exciting aspect of soccer and every player must develop awareness around the goal.

Goalkeeper Training

As a part of the player tuition, UFC Goalkeepers are provided with the additional benefit of weekly training from world class goalie coaches.

Private Training

Although the program at United FC is designed to give players maximum opportunity to develop their soccer skills, private or semi private training should be considered as a part of a players development strategy. To encourage this, United FC Members can take advantage of discounted rates offered by United FC Coaches at the United FC facilities. Availability may vary between coaches. Private, semi-private training with United FC coaches is open to all players, not just United FC Members.
