United FC Gold have not lost a game since it lost 2-1 the Force at last years Surf Cup during the semi finals, that was back in August of 2012, last weekend UFC defeated FC Golden State and Hammers FC to earn a place at this Summers Regional Championships in Hawaii. Head coach Bryan Wallace who was last years Cal South Coach of the year will make his 5th consecutive appearance at the regional championships in Hawaii where his team will seek to defend the title it won in 2012.
New England Revolution’s Pre-Academy squad is 5-0 since resuming Northeast Pre-Academy League play in March, has only conceded a single goal in those five matches, and climbs from #21 to #11 in our standings. Revolution will have a true test when it faces #1 New York Red Bulls for the second time on April 20. The Revs handed New York Red Bulls its only loss on the season back in October.
FC Golden State Academy re-emerges into the TeamRank Top 25 this month at #20 after a runner up finish (behind #1 United FC Gold) in the Far West Regional League spring season, and a quarterfinal finish at Dallas Cup.

UFC PLAYER COMMITS TO POINT LOMA UNIVERSITY  

Left back Tyler Allen has excelled each year at United FC, he has been a member of our club since age 13, Tyler committed his future to Point Loma University and will continue his academic as well as his soccer education. Tyler became the first United FC player to benefit from the clubs partnership with Chivas USA, Tyler currently attend Tesoro High school where he has been stellar athlete on Tesoro High Varsity Soccer team.

We wish Tyler and his family continued success. 

U.S Under-14 Boys National Team head coach Hugo Perez has has bestowed the great honor of inviting United FC B98 Gold (U14) team to play a friendly game versus U14 U.S. National Team at the Home Depot Center Wednesday November 21st @ 8 :00pm. Entrance to the game is free of charge to all United FC players, families and friends. 

Head coach Perez has called up 36 players from across the USA to represent the U14 National Team, plus two players currently playing abroad at FC Barcelona in Spain and Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia.  

The United FC B98 Gold team, Coached by Bryan Wallace, has been one of the most successful youth team in the history of our club, and has compiled and Incredible record over the past two years including 2011 Surf Champions, 2012 Cal South National Cup Champions, 2012 Dallas Cup Champions, 2012 Far West regional champions, 2011 and 2012 United Cup Champions and 2012 SCDSL South Champions.

The summer tournament campaign for the B01 White team continues to be a positive one, as they recently won their second tournament when they defeated a quality side from South Bay Force, 3-2 in extra time of the Pats Cup Final.

They then followed up on that result by advancing the final of the Pyramid Cup played at Cal State Dominguez Hills.

The squad is now looking forward to participating in our own tourney - United Cup!  Congratulations boys… It’s been fun watching your hard work pay off.
